Stoneham Teams Kick Off MIAA Tournaments This Week

Stoneham High School has multiple teams in this year’s high school hockey and basketball tournaments.

Here are the schedules for this week:

Boys basketball

Stoneham High boys' basketball will take on North Reading at 7 p.m. Thursday at Stoneham.

The winner will play number one seeded Greater Lawrence Tech at 7 p.m. Saturday at Greater Lawrence Tech High School.

Stoneham is the number 8 seed in Division 3 North and finished the year at 10-10. North Reading is the number 9 seed and went 10-10.

Girls basketball

Stoneham High girls' basketball will take on Hamilton-Wenham at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton-Wenham.

Stoneham is the number 12 seed in Division 2 North and finished the year at 10-10. Hamilton-Wenham is the number 5 seed and went 15-5.
