Stoneham's Dan Breen Passes Away

An obituary from the Barile Family Funeral Home:

Daniel J. Breen of Lynn, formerly of Emerald Court in Stoneham passed away on Friday, August 9, at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington. He was 79 years of age.

Born on August 6, 1940 in Stoneham, Dan is the loving son of the late John F. Breen and Alice E. (Finnegan) Breen. Dan, a warm and caring son, brother, husband, uncle and friend, will be deeply missed.

Dan was a graduate of Stoneham Senior High School in the class of 1958. He was self employed and owned Dan's Carriage Retrieval. He was a proud Veteran, serving in the United States Air Force.
Dan is the beloved husband of the late Kathleen (Kelly) "Kay" Breen. He is the dear brother of John F. Breen Jr. and his wife Mimi and Michael J. Breen. The devoted uncle of John, Kevin and Christopher Breen, Dan is the long - time friend of Brian "Bear" Wilson.

Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Saturday, August 17th from 1-4 pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) Stoneham. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
