STONEHAM, MA — Nobility Hill Tavern is back in business after being closed for several days following its liquor license being suspended.

Nobility Hill said Friday the state suspended its liquor license for what it said were social distancing violations during a spot inspection in February. The tavern opted to suspend its customer seating while appealing the suspension.

The tavern said in a Facebook post its reopening Wednesday after the state lifted the suspension. Nobility Hill is usually closed Monday and Tuesday anyways.
