Weekend Agenda: Wounded Warriors High Five Tour to Visit Stoneham Ford

  • Special ceremony: The town of Stoneham will be dedicating a new POW/MIA display on Saturday, according to an event posting on Stoneham Patch. The Rolling Thunder organization, the prime mover behind the dedication, will be gathering at Stoneham Arena at 10:30 a.m., and there will also be a police escort from the arena to Town Hall, according to the posting. A ceremony will take place at 11 a. m. at the rear foyer of Town Hall.

  • Meet the candidates: The Stoneham Democratic Town Committee will be hosting a meet the 5th Congressional District candidates event at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Stoneham TV, according to an event posting on Stoneham Patch. Sign-in and registration is set for 5:30 p.m., followed by light refreshments at 6 and candidate statements at 6:30 p.m.
