4th Of July Fireworks 2021 Canceled In Stoughton
Stoughton's traditional Fourth of July events may be canceled, but there are several other ways you can celebrate Independence Day.
FALMOUTH, MA — Although coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, many Independence Day celebrations have once again been canceled, modified or will be held virtually due to the pandemic.
Stoughton's fireworks may have been canceled, but that doesn't mean the town won't have other ways to celebrate. The annual Fourth of July parade is scheduled for 10 a.m., July 4. The parade starts on Park Street and goes through Town Center and ends at Route 128.
As usual, the parade will feature patriotic floats, classic cars and police and fire vehicles.

When: 9:30 p.m., June 26
Braintree Day comes back on June 26 with a bang — quite literally. Sean Power, the chair of the Braintree July 4th Celebration Committee, said the committee spent more on fireworks than it ever has in the event's history.
Before the fireworks, other mainstays are coming back too, including live music and food trucks at Braintree High School. Music at the high school includes Aerosmith tribute band, Draw the Line, and local country group, The Jake Ash Band.
Due to the pandemic, counties or cities may adjust or cancel events at the last minute, so double-check with organizers. Know of other events in the area? Post them on the Patch calendar or share details on our free Neighbor Post feature.
