Validation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Help ensure actions meet FDA expectations and are properly implemented, tested, confirmed, validated, and documented properly.

Requirements:

• BS in Life Sciences
• 1-2 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
• Experience with drug process validation and documentation required to complete a validation package.
• Experience in Quality Assurance remediation and validation plans for a drug manufacturer
• Strong SOP writing and Validation Protocols centered around cleaning validation for Pharma or Biotech.

Maintenance/Porter

Stoughton - Bassett Furniture Inds Inc.

When a customer walks into a Bassett store, their first impression must be one of an attractive well-maintained setting. The Porter is responsible for helping to maintain that setting. By working with the visual merchandising team in hanging artwork, and moving furniture for placement in the showroom. The Porter will also be responsible in assisting the store staff keep the showroom in that attractive state. There will be light bulbs that need changing in our overhead lighting. This position will also be responsible for receiving delivery trucks with accuracy, furniture assembly, some housekeeping duties in the showroom, as well as some repair and tightening work on the product before it is placed on the floor. Our store staff including porters must be polite and courteous and willing and able to take direction from store management and the visual team.
 
Bassett porter positions are typically compensated on an hourly basis.

Cook

In this role you will prepare, cook and season food for hospital patients, employees and visitors.  You will plan a cooking schedule with your supervisor and/or dietitian to ensure food will be ready at specified times. You will also confer with dietitians regarding modified diet preparation, and use of leftovers.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and prepare fruits and vegetables; arrange salad ingredients in attractive manner and refrigerate until meal time
• Use recipes to measure and mix ingredients; prepare meats and fish in various ways; test food by tasting, smelling or piercing to determine that it is cooked-through; maintain proper temperatures for hot and cold foods; apportion servings according to menu combinations or patients' orders
• Assist with ordering meat, poultry and fish for use in meal preparation
• Provide assistance with tray set-up, salad preparation, and procuring food from refrigerator, freezer or other storage areas, etc.
• Maintain cooking area in a clean, neat and orderly manner
