At Least 18.6 Inches Of Snow Fell In Stoughton: NWS

The snowfall projections were spot on.

STOUGHTON, MA — The winter storm that hung around all day Tuesday left behind way more snow than most people prefer to see on the ground at this time of the year.

Stoughton received 18.6 inches of snow as of 7:16 p.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. The reports are compiled by various reporters including trained spotters, co-op observers, social media, and the general public.
