Dear SPS Families-

"As mentioned in recent correspondence, the Stoughton Public Schools has been planning to move to Phase Two of our In-Person Learning mode for the last several weeks. Phase Two will begin on Monday, April 5, 2021 for all students K-12.

Please complete this Learning Mode Choice survey by Thursday, March 4th, to make a selection for your child’s learning mode for Phase Two, either fully in-person or fully remote learning.

Attached to this email, please find a summary of Phase Two. Over the next few weeks, we will continue to share more detailed information. There is space on the survey to ask any questions you may have.

(You will receive a separate email for each child so you have their ID number for the survey.)"
