Stoughton House of Brews Kicking Off Summer Drinks With Bluegrass

Starting at 7 p.m., Katie Cooke, Norwood Pearson, and Dave Buckley will bring a night of bluegrass music to the patio.

STOUGHTON, MA — Peach Mules, Pomegranate Spritzers, local craft beers on tap, and live bluegrass music. This is how the Stoughton House of Brews tonight is kicking off their unofficial start to summer.

Starting at 7 p.m., Katie Cooke, Norwood Pearson, and Dave Buckley will bring a night of bluegrass music to the patio at the Stoughton House of Brews. The Stoughton House of Brews will also be launching its summer cocktail menu.

With their business, Co-owners Sam and Leo Fay involve the surrounding community with the music they book and the beers they serve.

Sam Fay said Stoughton resident Katie Cooke organized the event. "Cooke plays here regularly as the violinist with the group, The Fancy Bassetts," Fay said.

The Stoughton House of Brews also has a variety of local beers on tap. Sam Fay said, "We have ten draft lines dedicated to local and microbreweries."

The music starts tonight at 7 p.m. and goes until 9 p.m. Stoughton House of Brews is located at 28 Porter Street in Stoughton Center.
