STOUGHTON, MA — Candy corn — a classic Halloween treat that no one seems to eat except around the holiday — has gotten a bad rep for no reason if you ask the Stoughton Police Department. Police took to Twitter Thursday to defend the often polarizing candy and asked that people stop "bullying" candy corn.

"It is time for people to stop bullying candy corn," Stoughton police tweeted. "It's just out there trying to be sweet treat. You keep doing you candy corn!"

Personally I'm with Stoughton police here. I can't get enough of the stuff. Whenever there's a bowl, you'll find me there munching away and likely not leaving any for anyone else.
