Stoughton Veterans Day 2019: Parade, What's Open, Closed?
Stoughton will celebrate Veterans Day with its annual parade beginning and ending at the town's VFW.
STOUGHTON, MA — Veterans Day will be observed on Monday, Nov. 11. The national holiday was established in 1926 to honor men and women who have served in the military.
Stoughton will celebrate veterans day with a parade beginning at the VFW on Washigton Street at 10 a.m. The parade route will proceed down Washington Street through the square to the town hall, where it will temporarily stop for ceremonies at the Memorial Bell and then again at Faxton Veterans Memorial Park. The parade concludes where it begins at the VFW, where there will be a collation at noon.
