All Sudbury Flu Clinic Sign Ups Are Currently Full

Sudbury Residents, The Flu Clinics that are scheduled for this fall are currently full. If you are signed up for a clinic and cannot make it, please call 978-440-5479 or email Health@sudbury.ma.us. Leave your name date of clinic and times. This will allow another resident to take your spot.

Should we have access to additional vaccine, we will add another clinic and post it, for signup, by 10/23/20. Please check back at www.sudbury.ma.us/health to see if we have added another clinic.

We advise residents who are in need of the flu vaccine to contact your primary care Physician or choose a facility that can provide you with the appropriate vaccine type and dose that you require.
