Are You in the Market for An Old Police Station?

The former Sudbury police station is officially up for sale.

SUDBURY, MA—You could have a lot of fun owning an old police station. Or maybe it could be turned into a cool restaurant, or an animal rescue

Anyway, the place is for sale.

The former police station on Boston Post Road is on the market, and the town will receive sealed proposals for the sale of a building and land located at 415 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, as further described in the Request for Proposal.

The property is a 27,443 square foot (.63 acre) lot with a one-story concrete block building with 6,249 square feet of gross floor area. The building and property were formerly used as the Sudbury Police Department until December 2015, when the Police Department moved to a new facility.

The property for disposition is available “as-is” and the Town of Sudbury will not make any
improvements or changes to the property as a condition of sale.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) packets are currently available at the Facilities Department, at the DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Road, or by e-mail at kellyj@sudbury.ma.us, and will be posted on the Town of Sudbury website, under the Facilities Department.
