Building of Senior Housing in Sudbury Moves to Phase II
A permit has been submitted to build on the six-acre piece of land on Boston Post Road.
SUDBURY, MA—Sudbury's Zoning Board of Appeals received an application for a Comprehensive Permit proposed by B’nai B’rith Housing New England on a 6 acre parcel at 187 Boston Post Road.
That means that phase two is underway toward the proposal for the construction of 56 senior age-restricted housing rental units. The project, known as Coolidge at Sudbury, was originally approved in 2011, and includes the subdivision of the six-acre parcel into two three-acre parcels to accommodate the new structure, said the announcement.
The first Hearing date for this application is scheduled on Sept. 12 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall.
