Preliminary site plans and building elevations have been submitted with the MHP application. The town has approximately 30 days to issue comments on the proposal to MHP as part of their review of the project for eligibility.
If MHP approves the site, the applicant is then eligible to submit an application to the Zoning Board for a Comprehensive Permit.
