As Goodnow Library Reopens, Online Pickup Scheduling To End
The Goodnow building will be fully open for the first time in a year beginning June 1.

SUDBURY, MA — The Goodnow Library will shed most pandemic restrictions beginning June 1, but one pandemic-era service will also be eliminated.
After Memorial Day, the entire building will be open for the first time since spring 2020. The reopening coincides with the May 29 lifting off all pandemic restrictions in Massachusetts.
At the same time, the library will remove the online system for scheduling contactless pickup. Patrons will still be able to call the library (978-440-5530) to schedule a pickup time.

Beginning June 1, the library — including the second floor computer area — will be open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The library will still follow some coronavirus precautions: patrons will need to wear masks and maintain a 6-foot distance from others. The Goodnow is also not planning to hold events inside the building yet.
