Lincoln-Sudbury Baseball Headed To Playoffs

On Wednesday night, Lincoln-Sudbury took the lead in the sixth inning to defeat Waltham 6-4.

SUDBURY, MA—The Warriors were victorious their last two games, putting them into the playoffs in the Dual County League.

On Wednesday night, Lincoln-Sudbury took the lead in the sixth inning to defeat Waltham 6-4. Jacob Pullen started on the mound and went six innings and had seven strikeouts. Keith Schmelter took over to pitch the final inning for the save.

The Warriors got seven hits, with Chris Presinal hitting 2-4 including a double and two RBIs, James Dillon went 2-4 with an RBI, Connor Lachman and Dan Desmarais went 1-3 with 2R, and Keith Schmelter went 1-3 with a double.

Two nights prior, the Warriors beat Weston 3-1 with Will Fletcher on the mound for L-S.

The Warriors are scheduled to play their last regular season game Saturday at 4 p.m. versus Cambridge R&L at Cambridge.
