Lincoln-Sudbury Students To Perform For Pandemic Relief

After a successful talent show fundraiser in December, Lincoln-Sudbury students have decided to continue the events.

SUDBURY, MA — Students at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School recently held a talent show to raise money for children hurt by the coronavirus pandemic — and the event was so successful, the students are planning to make keep holding fundraisers.

The first talent show was held on Dec. 23 and raised about $2,250 for the charity Save the Children, according to Lincoln-Sudbury seniors Achla Gandhi and Dasha Trosteanetchi.

"The talent show was a win-win-win, it would not only raise money to help kids in the pandemic, but also it would give the kids of Lincoln an outlet to showcase their talents in a time when so many activities have been shut down, and moreover, it would give people of Lincoln and nearby communities a place to connect in a time of isolation," Gandhi said in an email
