Man Arrested After Worcester House Break
A 53-year-old Worcester man is facing charges.

WORCESTER, MA—A Worcester man is facing charges after a house was broken into early Sunday morning.
On Sept. 22 at 6:36 a.m., police were called to a home on Malvern Road for a report of a house break. A man had reportedly broken into the back porch attached to the home.
Officers went into the back porch and located Robert Cook, 53, Southwest Cutoff. Officers noticed that the door to the porch had been broken off the hinges. Cook had no valid reason to be on the property, and was placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering in the Daytime and Defacement of Property. He will be arraigned in Worcester District Court.
