Man Jailed After Cape Cod Child Assault Moves To Sudbury: Police

Sudbury police are alerting about the level 3 sex offender as required by state law.

SUDBURY, MA — Sudbury police on Wednesday alerted residents that a level 3 sex offender has moved to town, which is required under the state sex offender registry law.

Peter Jollymore, 33, pleaded guilty in June 2019 to charges of indecent assault and battery on a child and enticing a child under age 16. He was sentenced to spend two years in the Barnstable County Correctional Facility, according to court records.

The incident Jollymore was arrested over happened in August 2018. Details of the incident were withheld by the courts due to the victim's age.

Jollymore is the only registered sex offender who either lives or works in Sudbury, according to the state's sex offender registry.
