Marcia Ann (Douillette) Fickett, Former Sudbury Teacher

Marcia Ann (Douillette) Fickett, 95, of Sudbury died Friday Dec. 13, in Framingham. She was the beloved wife of 65 years of the late Marvis Milton Fickett.

Born in Pembroke, New Hampshire on Jan. 13, 1918 she was the daughter of the late Irwin P. and Beulah (Ruggles) Douillette. She was a graduate of Pembroke Academy in Pembroke.

A Sudbury resident since 1956, she was a teacher for many years at the former St. Hubert School in Sudbury. She was an active member of the Sudbury Historical Commission and also with the Daughters of the American Revolution, Wayside Chapter.

Visitation will be held Dec. 28 from 11 am to noon in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center, followed by a service in the funeral home noon.
