Marlborough Man Faces OUI Charge in Sudbury

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Jan. 5 resulted in the arrest of a Marlborough resident.

According to Lt. Robert Grady, an officer on patrol pulled over a motorist for allegedly speeding on Hudson Road just before 11 p.m.

After the officer completed an investigation, Sean Edward Farias, 30, of 6 Blanchette Drive, was arrested and charged with:

  • OUI liquor; 
  • Speeding;
  • Drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle.
Farias was released at 1:54 a.m. on Jan. 6 and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.
