The Town manager’s office has created some simple surveys to be considered by all Sudbury residents. Responses can be as elaborate or pointed as desired.

The available forms can be used, or a simple email can be sent to:

Town of Sudbury residents, members of organizations assisting persons with disabilities, and Town staff are invited to complete a Community Input Survey which addresses accessibility of programs, services, activities, and events offered to the public. Please see the “Community Input Survey” section below for details. The survey/comments are due by April 14, 2021.

On Tuesday, April 27, 2021, the Institute for Human Centered Design (IHCD) representatives will attend the Select Board meeting to present the comments and feedback received from the community in response to the Draft ADA Self-Evaluation Plan.
