Sudbury just made the Top-10 list conducted recently by Coldwell Banker.

Sudbury just made a Top-10 list for the most expensive market to buy a home, according to a survey by Coldwell Banker, and reported by the Boston Globe.
The town came in at number ten in a list that is topped by Wellesley, Cohasset, Lexington and Hingham.
Coldwell Banker used its listings of large family houses in 2,000 markets, including 66 in Massachusetts.

The average price, according to the Coldwell Banker chart, for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Sudbury is $790,194.
The most expensive market in the country proved to be Los Altos, CA.

According to Zillow listings, the most expensive home for sale now in Sudbury, at $2,499,900, is a five-bedroom, nearly 6,500 square-foot home on Goodnow Road sits on two acres, has a three-car garage, a cherry library with a wet bar, fireplace, jacuzzi, steam shower, office, a workshop, wine cellar, media game room, a pool/cabana and heated floors.
