Pair of Serious Incidents Require Sudbury Fire Department Response

According to reports, firefighters were called to a crash on Wednesday night and a gas leak on Thursday morning.

It’s been a busy 12 hour stretch for the Sudbury Fire Department, which has been called to a pair of serious incidents since late Wednesday night.

According to scanner reports, on Wednesday night at 10:26 p.m. crews were called to 157 Mossman Road for a report of a motor vehicle crash.

The crash reportedly caused the vehicle to roll over and trapped one person. A second person was able to escape from the vehicle on their own, the scanner indicated.

Then on Thursday morning just after 10 a.m., Twitter user Christopher Welch reported that a construction crew hit a two-inch gas line at 528 Boston Post Road, which is the address for Raytheon Company.
