Residents Asked to Give Input for Sudbury Town Forum

Suggestions for topics for the Town Forum can be sent to townforum@sudbury.ma.us by August 13.

Is there something happening in Sudbury that you think needs to be addressed? You’ll have the opportunity to have your voice heard in the near future.

Pat Brown, Vice Chairman of the Sudbury Board of Selectmen, said on the town’s website that the town is seeking input for an upcoming Town Forum.

No date has been set for this year’s version of Town Forum, but Brown said the goal is to hold the gathering sometime in October.

Brown added that the previous year’s Town Forum was well-attended, and this year town officials hope to discuss possibly four topics in greater depth.

Anyone with suggestions can send them to townforum@sudbury.ma.us by August 13.

“Let me know what your interests are,” Brown said. “Do you have questions about a specific project--the route 20 sewer proposal, the proposed Town Hall renovation, the Noyes MSBA roof? Do you have questions on the budget, the Selectmen’s goals, the Minuteman Regional agreement, capital planning, or the OPEB requirement? Are there other topics that interest you?”
