Sudbury Looks For Construction Bids For Loring House
The bid is to renovate the building to be used as the Sudbury Historical Museum.

SUDBURY, MA—The design has been completed by architects. Now the Permanent Building Committee for the Loring House in Sudbury is looking for bids from state certified contractors to rehab the exterior and interior of this historic parsonage.
The renovation will provide new exhibit and office space including reception, gallery and archival space for use as a Sudbury History Museum by the Sudbury Historical Society. The rehabilitation will also include the construction of a new addition to the existing Ell with a new vertical handicapped lift serving two floors of the main house and Ell as well as new plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, said the annoucement.
