Waiting Lists Open for Sudbury Housing

SUDBURY, MA—The Sudbury Housing Authority has opened its waiting lists for its three family rental housing programs, as well as its rental housing program for the elderly/handicapped, the town recently announced.

Family applicants must apply to each program separately. Applications will be accepted through Monday, Dec. 12, 2016, 2 p.m.

Complete and legible applications will be entered in individual lotteries for the program(s) selected. All lottery draws will be limited to 45 applicants and the results used to establish a wait list order.

The lotteries take place on Jan. 12, 2017, at 7 p.m. at the SHA office, 55 Hudson Road.
