Water Main Break On Route 20 Sudbury Caused 'Major Delays'
A water main break could cause major delays for rush hour on Route 20.
SUDBURY, MA—A water main break in Sudbury threatened to cause major delays through rush hour on Friday. By 5:15 p.m., Sudbury police announced that it had been repaired and the road was clear.
The break occurred shortly before 11 a.m. on Route 20 at Landham Road in Sudbury.
Sudbury police originally said that utilities is assessing the scene and a restore time will be announced, but to prepare for "significant" delays through the evening commute and to seek alternate routes.
