Is Your Pooch Top Dog? Enter Patch's 'Top Dog In MA' Contest

MASSACHUSETTS—Is your dog the top dog? Tell us why, and you could win a gift card from Especially for Pets — and a chance to tell everyone in Massachusetts what makes your pet so awesome.

Here's how Patch's Top Dog In MA contest works:

We want to crown the state's top dogs, with first, second and third places. Send us your favorite photo of your pup and a brief explanation about what makes your dog THE top dog (200 words or fewer). All entries must include: Your name, town, and the Patch site closest to you. (You can find your closest Patch town here).

Send entries to PatchyPhotos@patch.com with the subject line "Top Dog In MA." The deadline to submit your entry is Friday, Aug. 31.

Our contest sponsor, Especially for Pets, has several locations in Massachusetts.

Ten finalists will be selected by a team of editors at Patch. The Top 10 dogs will be featured in a story to be shared across the Patch network in Massachusetts, and the winner will be chosen through an online vote.

The first-place winner will receive a $300 gift card for Especially for Pets. Second place gets a $125 gift card and third place gets a $75 gift card.
