16-Year-Old Injured In Swampscott Shooting
The boy was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital and is in good condition, police said.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott police are looking for information about a shooting that left a 16-year-old boy injured after he was shot in the hand.
Police responded to Burill Street and Maple Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Saturday after receiving reports of multiple gunshots. The boy, whose identity was not released, was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital and is in good condition, police said.
Police believe the shooting was an "isolated incident." Anyone with information should call Swampscott police at 781-595-1111.
