200 Pounds of Lobster Stolen From Fishermen
Police warn boat owners to secure their vessels and residents to keep an eye out.

Some time in the early morning hours Wednesday, Oct. 9, someone stole close to 200 pounds of lobster from four different Swampscott lobstermen, according to Swampscott police.
The lobsters were stored on the boats in the harbor, off Fisherman's Beach, police said.
Boat owners are encouraged to secure any valuables from their boats in the harbor.
Residents living around the harbor are encouraged to call the Swampscott Police Department at (781) 595-1111 if they see anything suspicious in or around the harbor.
