Another Stolen Delivery Package
The following information came from the Swampscott Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Aug. 16
- At 11:06 a.m., police received a report from Ingalls Terrace about a contractor failing to complete work and causing property damage.
- At 5:25 p.m., a caller requested a police escort as retrieved tools from a Curry Circle address.
- At 5:27 p.m., police received a report of a man wearing an orange jumpsuit and hiding along the seawall opposite King Street. Â The man was wearing a sport suit all in orange and checked out.
- At 5:28 p.m., police received a report of a UPS package being stolen from a Farragut Road address.
- At 9:08 p.m., a criminal citation was given to a motor vehicle operator at Humphrey Street and Phillips Street. The passenger was a licensed operator and took over the driving.
- At 11:11 p.m., police received a report of teens yelling obscenities while running down Salem Street in the direction of Vinnin Square. Police gave 15 year olds rides home.
