Danvers Bakery Opening Swampscott Location
The Cookie Monstah, a Danvers bakery known for its ice cream sandwiches, will open its third location in Swampscott.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The Cookie Monstah, a Danvers bakery known for its ice cream sandwiches, will open its third location in Swampscott Sunday.
The opening of the Swampscott store, which joins six food trucks locations in Danvers and Burlington, coincides with National Ice Cream Sandwich Day. The company was started as a single food truck in 2014 by Melissa Gale.
The Swampscott store is located at 505 Paradise Road. It will be open from noon to 10 p.m. Sunday. Regular operating hours are Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, noon to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, noon to 10 p.m.
