Dogs on the Loose at Eisman's

The following information came from the Swampscott Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Sept. 21

  • 12:52 p.m., a Bates Roas Road resident came to the station and reported that his daughter's napsack and a friend's bag were stolen. Possible suspects were in a red van.
  • 1:45 p.m., a resident reported that three dogs were off their leash at Eisman's Beach.
  • 4:27 p.m., four young males were reportedly shoplifting at Marshalls.
  • 6:27 p.m., an unwanted guest was reported at an Essex Avenue residence. An individual was taken into protective custody.
Sunday, Sept. 22
  • 6:58 a.m., a large tree limb was reportedly down at Atlantic Avenue and Phillips Avenue. DPW was notified.
  • 1:18 p.m., a person came into the station and reported that she was just pushed by another resident on Burrill stret.
