Local Man Charged with OUI

• At 2:32 a.m., police received a report of a male and female on bikes checking out cars on Pine Street.
• At 8:43 a.m., a needle was found on the beach at Fisherman's Beach.
• At 11:20 a.m., a caller reported that items were stolen from the house during a house party the night before.
• At 12:11 p.m., four vehicles were ticketed on Ocean Avenue.
• At 3:10 p.m., five vehicles were ticketed on Atlantic Avenue.
• At 9:53 p.m., police charged Emil Kraner, 59, 404 Paradise Road, Swampscott with OUI, liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of a special regulation and not being in possession of his driver's license. 

• At 7:53 a.m., a Redington Street caller reported that an ill skunk was in the driveway. The town animal control officer was notified.
