Neighbor Hits Husband With Shovel
The following information came from the Swampscott Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Dec. 15
2:40 a.m., a caller reported hitting a post in front of a hydrant on Humphrey Street and damaging his vehicle.
8:32 a.m., police reported that a neighbor on Nason Road hit a husband with a shovel. The husband was not injured but was still tussling with the neighbor.
1:28 p.m., police received a report of a past hit and run on Humphrey Street.
4:16 p.m., a caller reported that a person fell on Burrill Street, in front of the Fire Station. The man was uninjured. Firefighters helped him get out of the snowbank he fell into.
11:05 p.m., a vehicle with a revoked registration was stopped on Paradise Road. The driver was unlicensed and given a criminal summons. The car was towed.
Monday, Dec. 16
4:31 p.m., police received a report of a package stolen from a porch on Humphrey Street.Â
10:02 p.m., boots were reportedly stolen from Olympia Sports at 450 Paradise Road.
