Selma (Feldman) Bloom of Swampscott entered into rest Sept. 14, 2014 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Melvin J. Bloom. Devoted mother of Susan Bloom and her husband Bill Madden of Swampscott, Karen Brandt and her husband James of Sacramento, Calif. and the late Richard Bloom. Dear mother-in-law of Jodi Bloom of Sarasota, Fla. Loving sister of Leo Feldman of Swampscott and the late Edith Prensky, Earl Feldman and Al Feldman. Cherished grandmother of Michael Brandt, Seth and Melissa Bloom.

Graveside Services at the Pride of Lynn Cemetery, Lakeshore Road, Lynn on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. Memorial observance at the home of Susan Bloom and Bill Madden on Tuesday 5-8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be donated to the Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility, 25 Lafayette Street, Marblehead, MA 01945.
