The holiday break will continue a bit longer as the North Shore prepares for a major snowstorm.
Swampscott High Principal Ed Rozmiarek announced that public schools will be closed on Thursday and Friday due to the forecast of snow. Â
School will resume on Monday, Jan. 6.
