Spring Storm Delays Swampscott Street Sweeping
Residents should adjust their on-street parking plans accordingly after street sweeping was delayed one day.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott residents slated to have their streets swept Friday and next week will have to adjust their on-street parking plans after the spring storm delayed sweeping by one day.
Streets that were to be swept on Friday will now be done on Tuesday, Tuesday's streets will be done Wednesday, Wednesday's streets will be done Thursday and Thursday's streets will be done on Friday.
There is no street sweeping scheduled for Monday because of Patriots' Day.

All parked vehicles must be off the street on designated sweeping days. Sweeping takes place between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. if weather conditions allow.
