Swampscott Baseball Game To Fundraise For Lymphoma Patient
Two baseball teams are going to bat for Nathan DeRoche on Friday.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA – Swampscott Varsity and Masco Varsity baseball teams will play on Friday in a fundraising event for Nathan DeRoche, who's battling Lymphoma.
DeRoche will be escorted to the baseball field on Forest Avenue at 6 p.m. by Swampscott Police officers and Swampscott firefighters, as well as first responders from nearby communities. The game will start at 6:30 p.m.
According to a flyer, Cops for Kids With Cancer will present DeRoche and his family with a check to help support them through his battle with Lymphoma.

A donation table will be set up, and checks can be made out to "Nathan Strong." There will also be a raffle, and all proceeds from snack sales will be donated.
