Swampscott Boys' Lacrosse Advances in MIAA Tournament

Swampscott High School's boys’ lacrosse team defeated Mystic Valley 16-6 in the quarter-final round of the MIAA state tournament and will take on Hamilton-Wenham on Tuesday.

The game is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Hamilton-WenhamHigh School.

Swampscott, ranked 3rd in the North Division 3 tournament, finished the regular season at 13-4. Hamilton-Wenham which is the two seed, went 11-5.

The winner will take on the winner of Newburyport/Pentucket in the finals.
