SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The second wave of the season's first winter storm prompted officials to cancel classes for Swampscott Public Schools' students. Swampscott officials also said trash will not be collected Tuesday as storm cleanup continues. Trash pickup will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week (Tuesday on Wednesday, Wednesday on Thursday, etc.).
