Swampscott Native Joins Police Department
John Hogan, who has worked with the Nahant Police Department since 2009, joined his hometown department last week.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott High alumnus John Hogan has joined his hometown police department as its newest officer.
Swampscott police said Officer Hogan joined the department last week from Nahant.
Hogan worked in Nahant since 2009, including as a special police officer with the department from 2011 to 2014.
