Swampscott Native To Receive Anti-Defamation League Honor

SWAMPSCOTT, MA - A Swampscott native has been named a winner of the Krupp Leadership Awards given by the Anti-Defamation League New England Region.

According to the ADL, Swampscott native Diana Leader-Cramer Moskowitz will be given the award at its 15th Annual Young Leadership Celebration on Saturday, Dec. 16 at The Colonnade Hotel in Boston.

The award is given to community members who demonstrate outstanding dedication and leadership on behalf of the ADL.

In her bio, the Swampscott native is listed as one of the longest serving members of the Associate Board, Moskowitz has held various leadership positions on the Associate Board including Programming Committee Co-Chair and Governance Committee Co-Chair.

In her role as Programming Committee Co-Chair, Moskowitz planned educational and social events that engage the Boston community and help to spread the mission of the ADL, most recently organizing Breaking Barriers featuring Khizr Khan. On the Governance Committee, Moskowitz participated in creating a strategic plan and bylaws for the Associate Board.

According to the ADL, The Young Leadership Division sets and achieve goals that will enhance the mission of the ADL to unite the next generation of philanthropic leaders and advocates committed to stopping the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all.

The Young Leadership Celebration was created 15 years ago to recognize young leadership community in the Greater Boston area.
