The following is an excerpt from the Swampscott Police Department's log: 


Monday, May 19: 

  • At 8:04 a.m., police responded to a parking complaint on Ellis Road.
  • At 8:19 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Prospect Avenue.
  • at 8:40 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Linden Avenue.
  • At 8:49 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Fayette Street.
  • At 2:34 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Paradise Road.
  • At 3:40 p.m., a resident entered the police station to turn over a phone they found near the intersection of Forest Avenue and Pine Hill Road.
  • At 3:59 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Hemenway Road.
  • At 5:45 p.m., police responded to a report of an erratic operator on Essex Street.
  • At 6:17 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Norfolk and Stetson avenues.
  • At 10:47 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Essex Avenue.
