SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott police are looking for the public's help in locating a 14-year-old last seen in the town about three weeks ago.

Police said Shawn Baldwin told family members he was taking the commuter rail to Weymouth on June 19 and has not been in contact with them since. Police said he has ties to the Weymouth area, has been located there before and that they have reason to believe he could be staying there.

Police sent out a notice for public assistance this weekend after he was entered as a Missing/Runaway juvenile in the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
