Swampscott Property Sells For $19.25 Million

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — A Brookline corporation completed the $19.25 million purchase of buildings on Paradise Road that include Vinnin Liquors and Whole Foods.

The Lynn Item was first to report the sale, which it said is the largest to to occur in Swampscott in 2020, according to the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds.

The sale brings a local owner — Raj and Rachna LLC of Brookline — for the property formerly owned by IRT Capital Corporation II.

The new owner told the Lynn Item it does not expect any changes in the store tenants.
