Swampscott Rail Trail Meetings Set For April, May
Swampscott will host informational meetings in April and May about the next steps to making the rail trail project happen.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA – Residents can learn more about the rail trail project and its next steps at two informational meetings hosted by the town.
The meetings – on April 13, and May 2, both from 7 to 9 p.m., at Swampscott High School – will discuss details of the project, and what steps need to be taken to make it a reality. The meetings will also go over the history of the process, and the upcoming Town Meeting vote on the design, engineering, and acquisition of access for the trail, according to a Facebook post.
The April meeting will be held in the high school cafeteria, and the May meeting will be held at Swampscott High School in room B129.
