Swampscott Yoga On The Beach Kicks Off

The yoga classes on the beach are free to Swampscott residents.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA – Yoga on the beach has kicked off in Swampscott. The classes – free to Swampscott residents – are held twice a day on Wednesdays on Eiseman's Beach.

Angela Ippolito and Deb Leahy are teaching the "flow yoga" one-hour classes at 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. All yogi levels are welcome.

Participants should bring a towel or mat to practice on, and park at Phillips Park, according to a post on the town website. There is no parking on Puritan Road.

Per the town website, class will be canceled in case of rain. Classes began on July 5.
